BBQ’D Western Rock Lobster with Garlic Butter
BBQ’D Western Rock Lobster
Ingredient List:
- 6 Lobsters, cut in half lengthways
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced or very finely chopped
- quarter cup dry sherry
- half cup light soy sauce
Method:
- Mix butter, sherry, soy sauce, and garlic to make sauce
- Place lobsters shell side down on BBQ and brush sauce over meat and cavities
- When shell turns red, about 4-5 minutes, turn halves meat side down and grill for 4 minutes more.
- Turn lobsters over, when flesh is white it is cooked. Do not overcook.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter sauce while still hot.
Serve with salads and fresh crusty bread.
