Simple Dipping Sauce for Warm or Cool Chunks


Ingredient List:


  • grated fresh ginger root
  • good quality soy sauce

Method:


  1. Mix together in a wide, shallow bowl and let stand a while to blend the flavours.
  2. Dip your warm or cool chunks of cooked cray meat into the sauce and eat.
