Thai Dipping Sauce
Thai Dipping Sauce
This robust dipping sauce has plenty of Zing.
Ingredient List:
- ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbspns Thai fish sauce
- 2 tbspns brown sugar
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a screw top jar.
- Place lid on tightly and shake well to combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until required.
